Drain Channel İnstallation Example

Our modular channels are telescopic and in 50 cm length. It is recommended to use polyurethane based mastic on joints to provide absolute tightness. As our channels have 6 side outlets, 90 degree curve, T or (+) channel systems can be created.After making connections to side outlets, water transition area is opened by breaking the weakened parts.


	Excavate a wide and deep trench to accommodate the channel
Erect a string line at each end of the drain run as a guide for laying the	Channels to the required level
Use PU filling to reinforce channel inside of trench nad insulate from water	Wait till PU has dried
Using maket knife cut open side windows of channel	Mount stopper to the outlet
Using PU filling connect pipes into the holes of cut out side windows	Mount grid
Mount stopper to the outlet	Using maket knife cut open outlet
Using PU filling install Pimaş pipe	Using PU filling install Pimaş pipe
